Super Dope&Extra Lit

Founded in 2017, Super Dope&Extra Lit Magazine is a digital magazine dedicated to people of color. The initial launch featured a limited print of special edition physical copies of the magazine. Since its debut, SDEL has made major waves in the digital and physical world. They’ve hosted two events; the SDEL Launch Party and the SDEL Queer Cabaret. In addition, several SDEL pieces have gone on to be heavily circulated, including the articles Dear White Allies, We Need You to Have Thick Skin, The Complex Violence of Hamilton, and Loud and Clear: a Linguistic Breakdown of Why You Can’t Say Nigga.
